Looking to expand rapidly across multiple states, the company needed a digital platform that could scale with them. The existing mix of tools, including Salesforce and other agency management software, were costly, fragmented, and not purpose-built for insurance workflows. Managing agents, licenses, and hierarchical agency structures had become inefficient and difficult to scale. The lack of granular role-based controls created challenges and limited license tracking and quote workflows.

Bridger adopted Radity’s deeply customizable, white-labeled digital platform to streamline agent onboarding, license management, and quote-to-bind processes across its expanding distribution network. The platform supports a multi-tiered agency hierarchy, allowing roles, permissions, and visibility that can be configured by partner, office, or storefront.
