The Radity Story
Radity was founded in Zürich in 2008 by Oz Aksakal. We began as an engineering-focused firm and steadily grew by delivering complex, large-scale technology projects for European insurers and enterprises. Over the last 15 years, we’ve deepened our expertise across the technology stack, building a strong track record in insurance technology along the way. What’s remained constant is our foundation: engineering precision, Swiss quality, and an execution-first mindset.

Founder & CEO
Ozgur Aksakal is the CEO and Founder of Radity. He has 25 years of Information Technology and Finance experience. Ozgur started his career at Accenture and spent most of his career working with global Insurance Companies as well as Banks.
Iryna Maksymenko
COO
Iryna Maksymenko is a COO at Radity. She has 15 years of leadership experience within world-class multinational environment. Iryna excels at building and leading high-performing teams and driving organizational changes through innovative solutions.
Tom Capp
SVP Business Development & Partnerships
Based in Dallas, Texas, Tom brings decades of insurance industry experience, including senior leadership roles at Pie Insurance, Allstate, and Esurance. At Radity, he leads business development and partnerships, helping insurers and MGAs accelerate growth through technology and innovation.
