Looking to expand rapidly across multiple states, the company needed a digital platform that could scale with them. The existing mix of tools, including Salesforce and other agency management software, were costly, fragmented, and not purpose-built for insurance workflows. Managing agents, licenses, and hierarchical agency structures had become inefficient and difficult to scale. The lack of granular role-based controls created challenges and limited license tracking and quote workflows.

Bridger adopted Radity’s deeply customizable, white-labeled digital platform to streamline agent onboarding, license management, and quote-to-bind processes across its expanding distribution network. From the beginning of the relationship in 2019, Radity’s product and engineering teams supported the implementation and customization process, ensuring the platform aligned with Bridger’s agent workflows and internal operational structure.
The platform supports a multi-tiered agency hierarchy, allowing roles, permissions, and visibility that can be configured by partner, office, or storefront.
