Bridger Insurance partnered with Radity to modernize its insurance portal, which had become outdated and difficult to navigate. The goal was to simplify key workflows such as quoting, policy management, and administrative operations while preserving essential functionality. As an additional enhancement, the flow for agents entering from comparative raters was improved, making it easier to complete quotes and convert them into policies.
