The Story of Touch
The Touch social media app was conceived by two brothers entrepreneurs who envisioned a platform similar to Instagram that would connect the broader public and also empower smaller, localized groups. The Radity team was tasked with turning this vision into reality. Our objective was to ensure that the application was functional, engaging, and responsive to the demands of modern users.
The Challenge
The development of the Touch app involved challenges such as ensuring smooth video streaming across various network and device conditions as well as designing an intuitive interface for both public and private interactions. Additionally, the app required advanced data management solutions to handle complex data relationships as well as robust compliance strategies to meet the stringent standards of digital marketplaces like the App Store and Google Play.
What did Radity do?
Radity implemented a multifaceted strategy to develop the Touch app. We built a custom layer on top of Vimeo's infrastructure to stream videos effectively and utilized advanced databases and caching for efficient data management. The backend was prepared on DigitalOcean to scale with user demand. We also provided comprehensive support to meet App Store and Google Play compliance, ensuring a smooth launch. The Results

Today, Touch independently operates its software platform with its internal team, showcasing sustainable and autonomous management.
