The Radity Story
Radity was founded in Zürich in 2008 by Oz Aksakal. We began as an engineering-focused firm and steadily grew by delivering complex, large-scale technology projects for European insurers and enterprises. Over the last 15 years, we’ve deepened our expertise across the technology stack, building a strong track record in insurance technology along the way. What’s remained constant is our foundation: engineering precision, Swiss quality, and an execution-first mindset.

Ozgur Aksakal
Founder & CEO
Ozgur Aksakal is the CEO and Founder of Radity. He has 25 years of information technology and finance experience. Ozgur started his career at Accenture and spent most of his career working with global Insurance Companies as well as banks.
Iryna Maksymenko
COO
Iryna Maksymenko is the COO and Delivery Director at Radity, with 20+ years of experience across technology and finance. An ex-PwC executive and former CFO, she launched and scaled a delivery center to 350 FTE and now applies her leadership and delivery expertise to drive large-scale insurtech programs and organizational transformation.
